Yeni Flores and her staff have gone above and beyond a 5 star review daily and consistently since I was accepted into their care since long hospital stays at UCLA for me. Yeni continues to care and goes above and beyond the typical care for me as a client here with many challenges including my nutrition needs and diet as a GF person (wheat allergy borderline celiac). Grandview Retirement Center runs like a well oiled machine. The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive to client needs. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served daily with coffee breaks in between. Free laundry service is included. The facility has on site medical care with managed prescriptions.
Not a well-mannered, cultured man who was at the reception. A boorish and nervous person. How can such a person work in this place?
