I am a patient of Dr Walker as is my daughter. My daughter is very sick and the soonest she could be seen in week after next! If you have a primary care doctor you should be able to see them when you are ill. When I called to ask about the appointment they gave her, I was forced to speak to a central scheduling group and after waiting 20 minutes,, I was immediately disconnected by the customer service agent named Janay. Ridiculously bad Grandview Helena!
I had my first appointment with Dr. Sanchez. She was so nice and made me feel really comfortable. She listened to all of my concerns and wasn’t dismissive.
CRNP Ellen is amazing so happy she’s closer to us. She took her time in the room with us. Respond back fairly quick when a message is left. Will definitely be recommending her.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience today, and I feel compelled to share it in hopes that you can improve your communication process. I took a half-day off from work specifically for this appointment, sacrificing both time and productivity. I made sure to arrive 15 minutes early, only to find the office wasn’t even open until 7:38 am, well past the time it should have been ready to accommodate patients.
