Excellent place to live. I enjoy the cleanliness of complex area, the excellent customer services I receive no matter when I call or stop by the office. The staff go above and beyond to make sure whatever concerns I have gets addressed as efficiently and quickly as possible. The staff makes you feel like you are apart of a family. I also enjoy the spacious apartment and the quietness. I highly recommend Grandview as a place to live.

RecommendedThis has been a great first apartment facility to live in. They have great management and a beautifully kept up property. The trash area is kept clean and convenient as well as the gym and pool. I would highly recommend anyone to live here.
Something needs to be done about the stray cats in the 1500 buildings. They hiss and act like they want to attack my family and I, they tear open our trash bags, my dad brought me something to eat today, he left it outside and within 5 minutes they chewed open my box and ate my food. Something needs to be done to get rid of them.
The Crossings of Millbrook Highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Very quiet, fairly new, nice staff, overall great experience we plan on renewing our lease. Love the area it's in.
Affordable luxury I've lived in a few different apartment complexes, and The Crossings is by far my FAVORITE! From the tall ceilings to the huge closets, it's almost like you're not in an apartment at all! The screened in porch offers a nice and cozy place to relax and enjoy fresh air while still being protected from the elements. The office staff is helpful and prompt.
