Well we just drove around the property and it has mold all over the building and the porches. What is up with all the mold? What is up with all the trash? UPDATE: you want me to give you more details. Everything I had to say is in my original post. I drove around and I saw mold on the porches and trash everywhere. I wanted to relocate to Cleveland but the reviews are awful. Mold and roaches, I know it's affordable housing but do better. Just because it's reduced rent does not mean we have to live in squalor.

This is the worst place to live. I’ve been living here for (correction ) FOUR years, and this is one of the dirtiest buildings I’ve ever lived in. THE LEASING OFFICE SHOW LITTLE TO NO CONCERN, Why would they? They do not live here..THIS BUILDING IS ROACH INFESTED! THE DRAINS AND PIPING ARE CRAP. Water is not safe to cook with let alone shower in .. Water will make your hair fall out. The amenities are just for show. That pool is disgusting. The gym went thru water damage so the machines are broken and most have been removed.... read more
