You will be disrespected by the employees if you move here.Current resident in building 1929,I put in a maintenance request for my stovetop range because it is broken. They sent up a maintenence worker which looked at the stove and blamed me for it.Then began to argue with me and left. Does anyone know how to fix it. Also I have issues with my Refrigerator he refuses to look at it. The elvators never work 😒 there are two elvators neither of them work, why cant you people get the elvators working
This is the reality in this building, where this company gold is charged rent in a unsafe, unsanitary and absolutely disgusting places to live. I find myself in the necessity of braking my lease, moving away, I developed depression and anxiety in this places Elevators never worke, stairs and elevator (when it works) is the personal bathroom for people. I love the apartment, Lakeesa is wonderful, she did a wonderful job showing the apartment and helping me out with anything that I needed assistance with. Great job!
AVOOOOOOID! it all sounds nice, cheaper prices, all those amenities, ect, had scheduled a walk through today and out of curiosity while I was sitting in my car I had asked the resident walking by the run down, how he liked it. He said the place is absolutely INFESTED with roaches and bed bugs, threats of applicable charges when he attempted to break his lease because I mean, who wants to live in an infested building? This is the worst place to live. I’ve been living here for (correction ) FOUR years, and this is one of the dirtiest buildings I’ve ever lived in. THE LEASING OFFICE SHOW LITTLE TO NO CONCERN, Why would they? They do not live here..THIS BUILDING IS ROACH INFESTED! THE DRAINS AND PIPING ARE CRAP. Water is not safe to cook with let alone shower in .. Water will make your hair fall out. The amenities are just for show. That pool is disgusting. The gym went thru water damage so the machines are broken and most have been removed.... read more
