Nobody seems to manage the complex. The entry sign is falling apart. There is dog feces everywhere along the grass in front of the street. Does not look like a respectable place to live.
I live a couple of houses down from here and there is a lot of disrespectful kids with loud parties at odd hours of the night, excessive driving speed where someone will get hit and maybe killed, and they WILL door check and steal from you if given the opportunity. Not cool, ruins the neighborhood.
Rodney was an amazing help filling out paperwork, and made me feel very welcome. The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. I can’t wait to be apart of the community.
