Building has potential the previous reception company was atrocious thankfully they fixed that quick, my biggest complaint is if you have exterior assigned parking other residents visitors will always take it thankfully reception has been enforcing it as of lately and it’s getting a little better

DO NOT BUY OR RENT HERE – WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I owned a place here for 2 years and finally sold it at a loss of nearly $40,000, just to get out. The neighbors above me were pure trash — smoking weed constantly, throwing loud parties day and night, and eventually even keying my car from back to front. I reported it to the police, but magically the security videos were “unavailable.” They had a cozy arrangement with management that allowed them to park as many cars as they wanted inside, without stickers or rules. The worst condo association I’ve ever dealt with. They deduct $100 from your deposit over the smallest things, yet can’t even keep the elevators running. On Christmas Day 2024, all four were broken — the lobby was packed, guests waited for hours, some had to climb 19 floors, and elderly visitors had to leave. No apology, no update — just silence.
