Just got off the phone with Nikki and I absolutely will be staying at this location as long as she is employed by them. Nikki was genuinely informative, friendly, and completely understanding of my family's medical conditions given the current situation of air quality due to the fires in Lake Chelan. We were already planning on making a tradition of going to lake Chelan every summer with the kiddos and she just confirmed for me that the only place we will be staying at is Grandview on the Lake. It seems like most of what you're paying for is the beach and pool access, and proximity to downtown. The living space was pretty disappointing and low value. Sorting the reviews from newest to oldest, the place seems to have a lot of issues with units varying in their quality. For over $400 for the night, I feel embarrassed that I paid for unit 205A. I understand that Chelan is popular and rates go up in the summer. But we had the tiniest studio, with worn out furniture, and a bathroom with no working fan. I wish I had read... read more
Great location. Great access to the water with a very nice dock, lawn and pool. The room layout is fine, but ours was in need of new carpet and the bed was well past it's prime.
I went here for vacation and on the first day I was there a staff member came up to me, asked for my keycard and then bent it in half and handed it back to me. Afterwards he followed me into the fitness center and was acting aggressively towards me while cornering me in the room and refusing to leave me alone until I shook his hand. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and worried that he would attempt to fight me if I ignored him.
