After almost TWO YEARS of being a loyal customer at Grandview Nail Salon, today was enough for me to never return. I made an appointment with Lynn, the OWNER, on Thursday for Saturday at 9:30 AM for a gel refill. I showed up ON TIME and proceeded to sit there for an hour and 20 minutes while walk-ins were being serviced. Finally, I asked Lynn what was going on with my appointment. Her solution? I come often and am normally pleased with my nails, but not today. I showed a clear picture of what I wanted for my nails, and this is what I walked out with. I came in for a refill, the length was cut shorter than I wanted but I didn’t mind until I saw it the finished product. $60 and didn’t even attempt to clean the residue off. Will not be returning. (the last image was what I asked for)

Went in just for a nail fix. I was told a few min. Told to sit in first seat.. I waited 20 min and walked out. They were very disrespectful. No one could give me straight answers!
