Yesterday, I had one of the most humiliating experiences of my entire life. I went to this nail salon to try to fix the terrible manicure and brand-new full set they had done for me less than two weeks ago. My nails come out beautiful every single time, and I always leave feeling so happy with them. You can tell they truly care about their customers and the work they do. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! After almost TWO YEARS of being a loyal customer at Grandview Nail Salon, today was enough for me to never return. I made an appointment with Lynn, the OWNER, on Thursday for Saturday at 9:30 AM for a gel refill. I showed up ON TIME and proceeded to sit there for an hour and 20 minutes while walk-ins were being serviced. Finally, I asked Lynn what was going on with my appointment. Her solution?
