I come often and am normally pleased with my nails, but not today. I showed a clear picture of what I wanted for my nails, and this is what I walked out with. I came in for a refill, the length was cut shorter than I wanted but I didn’t mind until I saw it the finished product. $60 and didn’t even attempt to clean the residue off. Will not be returning. (the last image was what I asked for)

Went in just for a nail fix. I was told a few min. Told to sit in first seat.. I waited 20 min and walked out. They were very disrespectful. No one could give me straight answers!

First and foremost, I am not usually someone who writes reviews; however, what I experienced today was completely unacceptable. I arrived at the salon early because I only needed my eyebrows done and wanted to get in and out quickly. While I was waiting for the salon to open, another woman arrived shortly after me around 9:05 the owner opened the door, I entered and asked to use the restroom.
