They rescheduled my appointment, the day before, with out telling me. The lady at the counter giggled about it. Took me months to get a spot in the first place. We get that the system is crowded and broken, stop adding to the dismay. EDIT: I came in for a follow up appointment. They rescheduled without telling me AGAIN. How do I close someone else's clinic?

I scheduled an appointment online. I was called the day before and told they were canceling my appointment because it was I did not book it in the correct spot. My appointment had been made for two plus weeks. I had been sent emails and text conforming my appointment. They have now wasted my time. I will have to wait even longer now before I am seen. It will not be here. Very bad first impression! I understand needing patients in certain time spots. I do not understand not correcting it until the day before!
