Worst experience ever! When you walk in the lady at the desk to the left is rude. Mrs. Knight didn’t listen to a word I had to say. Dismissed me. I have been a patient here for years and I will probably find another doctor to go to.
3 stars for Grandview Pelham, overall 1 star for Shelby Knight NP I was not notified when my nurse practitioner left the practice. Between my lab work, and my appointment, they cancelled my appt, never contacted me about needing to schedule with a new provider, and no one informed me of abnormal lab results that required further testing. I have been coming here for a few years. Normally my bp is excellent but it was unusually high today because I had to wait 35 minutes to be seen. (I’m on a tight schedule today) and after my bp was taken, I’ve been sitting in this room for 10 minutes now waiting on the practitioner. Very annoying. I’m about to walk out. I did walk out. My appointment was at 10 am. I walked out at 11 am.
