The doctor there at Grandview Medical Group on my visit for my epidural after it was done the doctor explained everything to me the pain I was having at that time it's gone and haven't came back it's been 3 weeks now I recommend Dr Lugo to work on my back anytime
Front desk is part of the overall experience, unfortunately, this is not the case at this place, which is a shame because the doctor was very helpful and patient. Those women at the front desk hate their job for sure, very unprofessional, disrespectful, and not very helpful ('cause they hate to be there). I don't understand why they keep scaring people away, people just turn around and leave, because of them, they don't give a s**** about your appointments or questions that you can have.
