Had someone over, the person in charge of scheduling, last week. He was unable to complete the work so we set a time for him to come back today at 1130 am. I recieved no call or text at 1150 am so I texted him. still no call or message back at 1205 pm so I called the office. Excuses were all I got. If you want a professional company that will actually show up I suggest you look elsewhere. 1210 pm and still no call or text and nobody is here.

Grand-View Landscape was the sub-contractor for our home builder. We had Grand-View excavate and prep a paver patio area for us to install our pavers as a DIY. They did not use a geo-textile landscape fabric under the compacted rocks. We found out later this is required to ensure patio stability in wet conditions. When we called to ask them to return to correct the work, they said "no." In addition, the compacted rocks are not graded and leveled to our satisfaction. Good work – Just had a small landscaping project done with Grandview, and are satisfied with their work. The estimator David is very knowledgeable. He is patient in answering all our questions and explaining things to us. He suggested all the plants, and also accommodated our changes of some plants without hassle. The workers are very efficient, had the work done very quickly, and fix any issues promptly. Their price is also reasonable. Would recommend them to others.
I have employed Grand-View Landscape periodically over a ten year period. They have landscaped my two acre yard, build a pond and waterfall, created a huge rock feature and a dry creek bed.
