Very efficient. Good staff
The staff at Grandview provided exceptional care throughout my surgical experience. From start to finish, their professionalism, kindness, and thoroughness exceeded my expectations. They allowed my husband to remain with me at every stage, except during surgery, and made sure he was back by my side the moment I returned—something that greatly eased my anxiety. Always had to diagnose vomiting with cannabis use. Once they told me I had herpes through a urinalysis and my obgyn was like ABSOLUTELY NOT DO YOU TEST HERPES THROUGH URINALYSIS. Your er doctors are not trauma informed at all. They are rude as can be to people with anxiety
They have empty beds but are telling people they have no beds making people sit in waiting room they are rude not doing there jobs
The staff on the forth floor was very amazing and supportive to my wife Maria Velasquez, Sara and Scott were so supportive and positive to her ❤️ they made her stay very comfortable
