I, unfortunately, had a less than ideal experience with Dr Sarah Fung. I was having pain where my ovaries are, and was referred to this office by the emergency room doctor who thought it was most likely ovarian cysts. I had two ultrasounds done, and both times was told that nothing showed on the ultrasound. I found out a few months later (thanks to a new family doctor) that I actually had two cysts visible on the first ultrasound. Dr Sarah Fung was incredibly attentive and friendly and explained everything in detail in order to ease my worries. Wonderful experience being her patient!
I was a bit nervous after my irregular pelvic ultrasound and there were some negative google reviews so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The staff at the front desk were lovely and professional. The clinic is modern and clean Dr Fung was very professional, kind and thorough. She sensed I was nervous so she explained everything in detail to put my mind at ease. She was also very respectful during the examination.
Modern gynecology is barbaric. Received an IUD and it put me in the most pain I've felt in my life for four months. Zero informed consent, zero anesthesia, no follow up call.
I wasnt sure if I should get IUD. My doctor referred me to Dr. Fung so that I can discuss my options. Fast forward to 1st appointment receptionist were very friendly. I waited for doctor about 20 min she came in and started talking about IUD straight, asked couple questions about history etc etc. I mentioned how I am unsure and have some other health issues.
