Don’t rent at this apartment! Me and my husband moved in 3 days ago and are already having issues with neighbors and parking. I brought it up to the property manager Sheila and she basically said she didn’t believe me. Once she got us in the apartment she could care less about our concerns. This property is not worth the 2450 we pay doesn’t come with any amenities. They claimed they renovated this apartment but the wood floors are filthy and have gum stuck to the floor throughout the apartment. Everything is done cheap. All ... read more

Landlord keeps the heat at 80 and says there's nothing he can do
When I first moved to this apartment, I had virtually no complaints. Now, it is under new management. The trash barely gets picked up, washing machines no longer work, and when you call the office, they barely answer. Maybe once out of several calls. Disappointed.
