Grandview gardens...no garden I moved in on a special and wanted to down size while going through school. I have had to extend my stay because of working conditions but plan on moving as soon as I can. I love the office people and maintenance guys they are always so helpful and kind. They need to update the laundry room but if there is a problem they get it fixed quickly.
Mostly clean, no mildew. Patio light works sporadically. Neighbors mostly friendly to both adults and children.Not a place for those with too much furniture. Staff is friendly and professional.
