In this day and age patients need to be advocates for themselves and those in their care. And providers need to be able to explain procedures and costs so the patients understand. If there are questions, it is the providers responsibility to answer politely, When we first went to Grandview Estates Veterinary, we met with Dr. Matt he was wonderful.
