Truly, there is no better environment within an apartment community than Grandview Estates and Grandview Estates 2. I live in GVE 2 and my mother lives is the original GVE building. Besides the physical size and layout of the apartments, the fact that EVERYTHING is included in rent, and all the buildings are IMPECCABLE maintained, is truly remarkable.
