I lived here for 9 months and had an good experience overall. If you are looking for a no-frills apartment, keep reading. Amy, the manager, is quite professional and efficient. Maintenance orders are largely handled promptly, although she faces personnel issues from time to time. The maintenance guy was great too. Rent is reasonable for the area, but do keep in mind (a) this is an old apartment and it shows age (I had a few pluming/leakage issues during my time here, but they were handled promptly) and (b) it doesn't come wi... read more

Do not rent here. The company knows about mold, rodents, and cockroaches infestation of the buildings. Despite the uncleanliness of the trash area due to over fill and piles of garbage surrounding the removal area. You cannot open your windows due to the urine smell and flies that will invade your home. The lack of cameras to protect residents home and belongings, and vehicles. They will smile to your face, say anything to get you to move in then you are dead to them. That is until you move out. They have their non licensed ... read more
