Went on Saturday, 4/25/2020; lost $3.00 in quarters in the vending machine. Did not show that items were sold out until I put my money in. Of course it does not have a change return. Who can I contact about getting my money refunded?
I wish I would have read these comments before wasting my money. Went through the auto wash and my car looks just as dirty. Never again, what a waste of time and money.
We paid 11 or 12 $ for the automatic wash and came out all soapy had to go to the other one put more money in and rinse all of it off! The blue and yellow washy things never even went all it did was spray Never go here a big RIP OFF!!!
Today got the top of the line auto wash for $12 cycle finished leaving soap on hood, roof and part of tailgate. Went to self wash coating $2.50 and it didn't recognize $1 so we paid $3.50 to get the original soap off. I did try to call the # listed but went to fax. the equipment seemed to be newer then the last time we were there. I seriously doubt we will be going back which is a shame as it was convenient when we go up north.
Went through the automatic car wash and there was no high pressure water and not one bit of soap put in my car...I thought it was just presoaking then dryer came on. No contact info to call and report. Basically just handed money for nothing!!

I see all 1 Star reviews and I am shocked!! This is the car wash I always choose to come to and it always does a great job! Today, the auto wash wouldn't work when I pulled in (it's machinery, it happens!) I pulled around and called the number, the lady on the phone was very nice! She sent a gentleman right out and he reset the wash for me, he was friendly and they were quickly on making it right!
this place sucks, pd. $11.00 for touches and I didn't even get soap. the rain storm washed it better then this car wash
All it does is take your money. Two fifty to start and you can’t even make it halfway around the car before it starts beeping for more money. This thing has cost me over ten dollars and my car still isn’t clean. They also don’t have wax. WTH. Never saw a car wash with no wax.
