I would like to thank the staff at Grandview Bloor Animal clinic. Their kindness and compassion was genuine and authentic. It’s never easy to say goodbye, but when the time comes, you want it to be calm and peaceful. Choosing to have their mobile services at home, our way and at our pace, with the family together was the best final gift of love we could have given. We also very much appreciated their timely aftercare, paw prints and handwritten messages from the entire staff. Special thanks to Monica, Dr Cushing and Jeremy.
We are so grateful to the team at Grandview Bloor Animal Clinic for the wonderful care they gave Princess in her final moments. It was a very difficult time, but their kindness made it peaceful. I would give no stars if I could. My dog was dealing with reverse sneezing, which I was unaware of at the time. I thought something was seriously wrong. This clinic told me he needed an x-ray (which I agreed to) and afterwards told me he had a heart and trachea problem that would need surgery. In addition to this, they informed me he would need to be on pills for the rest of his life. I took my animals here for years. Until such time my cat, Jinxy was going to them every other week for solensia shots. We ended up having to put her down. When we did so, the vet mentioned that her mouth was completely infected. When I asked about that, and why didn't you notice that, I was told that the day they tried to check her mouth, she wouldn't cooperate. Now, I brought her in initially because she wouldn't eat.
