We are so grateful to the team at Grandview Bloor Animal Clinic for the wonderful care they gave Princess in her final moments. It was a very difficult time, but their kindness made it peaceful. I would give no stars if I could. My dog was dealing with reverse sneezing, which I was unaware of at the time. I thought something was seriously wrong. This clinic told me he needed an x-ray (which I agreed to) and afterwards told me he had a heart and trachea problem that would need surgery. In addition to this, they informed me he would need to be on pills for the rest of his life. I took my animals here for years. Until such time my cat, Jinxy was going to them every other week for solensia shots. We ended up having to put her down. When we did so, the vet mentioned that her mouth was completely infected. When I asked about that, and why didn't you notice that, I was told that the day they tried to check her mouth, she wouldn't cooperate. Now, I brought her in initially because she wouldn't eat. I was with this vet for the last 15 years before I moved and we miss them so much. She is an awesome woman with a great staff who genuinely care for animals, there is no selling or upselling at all. I may just drive the hours and still continue, it’s that worth it.
