I cannot say enough about this vet clinic. They are extremely helpful, kind and care about your pet. They are not pushy about services and recommend only treatments they feel are necessary to help your pet get the best outcome. This vet clinic is also privately owned and not a corporation, so you don’t get treated like a number! Everyone here is excellent with the animals. Excellent with the customers. I've seen them go above and beyond for the pet. Would definitely recommend.
We had to do euthanasia to our dog..he was after 17 years old, with kidney failure , neither drinking nor eating anymore.. he had difficulty to walk.. so we had to make that sad decision for stop suffering. That’s why, we came here to do it.. they were careful, gave us the necessary time to say goodbye to our baby..not rushing us. They explained us everything, step by step everything that was going to happen and the reason why. They took care of our dog and us . I strongly recommend this vet.
I would like to thank the staff at Grandview Bloor Animal clinic. Their kindness and compassion was genuine and authentic. It’s never easy to say goodbye, but when the time comes, you want it to be calm and peaceful. Choosing to have their mobile services at home, our way and at our pace, with the family together was the best final gift of love we could have given. We are so grateful to the team at Grandview Bloor Animal Clinic for the wonderful care they gave Princess in her final moments. It was a very difficult time, but their kindness made it peaceful.
