Brought my dog here many times and they took such incredible good care of her. From helping her sickness to several rounds of stitches. They were super kind to me and also super sweet to my dog who was nervous. They helped her so much and I had such a great experience here. Super knowledgeable, kind, caring team. You can tell that it’s not just work for them, but that they truly love what they do! 11/10! Fully recommend to any and everyone!
I'm incredibly dissapointed that I was loyal to this vet for 9 years. All of those years I was over paying. I got a quote for nearly double from what two other vets quoted. They know you love your pet and they are taking advantage of that fact by price gouging and adding additional UNNECESSARY services. I took my pet to another vet and they actually found an important issue that was completely missed, and it was still so much cheaper with an extra gereatric panel test added on. I cannot say enough good things about Grandview Bloor and their staff. Everyone was always so amazing to me and my Daisy. When it came time to let my Daisy go Dr.Cushing and Jeremy came into the house and they were so wonderful not only with my Daisy but they were so caring to our whole family. I will always remember how calmly and lovingly she was guided as she crossed the rainbow bridge. It brings me so much comfort knowing she was surrounded by such caring people in her final moments.
