I highly recommend considering this property as a residence. I’ve been living here about 6 months and I’ve had only positive experiences. The management and maintenance team are amazing, everyone has always been friendly, understanding and flexible. Any issues I’ve had have been taken care of and it has just overall been a very positive experience for me and my standard poodle. Service came to fix an issue twice and left twice with the person saying that they didn't know how to fix the issue. Called the office a few times for help but was always put on voice mail throughout different times of day. The rent is too expensive for the lack of support PGM gives to its residents. You ARE better off renting your own home than this apartment complex. If you don't mind no human contact, mold, insects, and no air conditioning then it is a wonderful place to stay. I spoke with this office on behalf of my daughter who has just graduated highschool and is attending WSU this fall. The lady that was texting my daughter was rude. My daughter asked if she could call me because my daughter is still very young and this is her first time applying for her own place. She doesn't know all the appropriate questions to ask so I'm trying to help her navigate and I would think they would be helpful in that aspect as well.
