love my home I have someone helping me with the writing of the review. Honest review. 5 stars for sure because Gransview is great!. I have been here for 40 years and I have to say that the staff has been very nice to me and helpful. I like Dov the big guy aka the man! I enjoy this staff. Frankie should stay here managing the place. She cares and treats me like I'm the only person living here. Georgie is busy all the time with maintenance and tends to me and my neighbors. Communication skills Told we could apply, also was told there was availability. Suddenly never responded and also gave my girlfriend a very hard time over the phone. Rude and unprofessional, it’s because it isn’t them trying to find a place it’s not their problem. I’d never recommend this place to anyone, being in pitman as a location is the only PRO about this complex.

The management sucks unless you're black! If you're black you can park in the fire lane for over a year without any repercussions! It does no good to complain to the office because it's been reported to the office and they have done nothing about it!!
Completed two applications (one for my daughter to be a resident and one for myself as Guarantor) for a 1 BR apartment unit in mid-December 2020. Prior to and during the process the property mgt. team was responsive. However, once I paid the $100 ($50 per application) I never heard back from them about the status of the application and securing the unit. It has now been over one month. Of course we moved forward with another apartment. However, I just emailed again yesterday requesting they reimburse me the $100. No contact.... read more
Excellent Location Great Location, and really nice complex. The remodeled apartments are beautiful, with every part completely updated.
