Infested with bed bugs, ants, rodents,etc. The worse thing is that management is aware of it and will not exterminate the neighboring apartments as well). They're quick to tell us about anything else and threaten evictions but they neglect the conditions of the apartments. I've spent so much money fighting these parasites on my own, it's really exhausting and frustrating. It took me two years before receiving a vent filter and I have to vacuum it out constantly! the only good thing that's here is the assistant manager Leesa, she does her job she doesn't tell her tents business she tries to help more than the main manager who just sits there, and acts lost like a dear in head lights Kim is worse than the last manager at least the last manager sent out order for the Maintenace man to fix what he needs to fix there's about 3 of the maintenance they all live in Grandview for free but Isiah is lazy he drinks and smokes on the job its seems like he's the only one that they call my bathroo... read more
People on here worrying about someone smoking so what it’s legal now let it go This place is a hot mess they over change us so much rent in these apartments but have a lazy maintenance men who half do he job my floors are sinking the pain that’s on theses wall are ridiculous and a health hazard my bathroom needs to be done water is coming from up top he came In to look then went up statues to fix the leak but the walls have to be fixed I will not pay for something that should’ve been fixed in a timely manner don’t to them ta... read more

Smoke free means no smoking. Yet my family member that lives there has to deal with second hand smoke from his neighbors and it is making him sick. This is not ok and is a health hazard. Something needs to be done. Suppose to be smoke free because smoke from connecting apartments seep right into the next apartment.
