Roaches Nice place but has roaches. No matter how nice it is i personally never want any sort of bugs.
Grabdview Apartments These apartments have a great location, close to Old Towne Arvada and within walking distance to many parks and shops. Its a small community with a lot of families, on the tour of our apartment I was drawn to them for the residents kids chalk work on the common area. Amazing staff, manager on site and the maintenance men do very good at working with what we have. They also have a food bank, and a book rental in the office which I love!
