Called about family members and the woman Patty Akres was too busy screaming at me to hear my concerns. Multiple residents are scared to even contact her with issues because she is so irrational and unprofessional. Could you imagine being elderly and feeling that way? I can't call my "landlord" because she will degrade me and yell at me for reporting any issues.
