We stayed last weekend during a hockey tournament apparently. There were young kids running up and down the halls screaming ALL night long while their parents sat in the breakfast room getting drunk. We had kids with us too, none of whom ran wild! The pool hours were supposed to be adults only from 10-12, yeah right. I checked well after 10 and there were at least 15-20 unsupervised kids in the pool. The hotel staff did absolutely nothing to stop this. None of us got any sleep at all and it was miserable. There was a hockey tournament so all the teams were staying in the same hotel. All the parents getting drunk in the conference/breakfast room blasting music while they let their kids run up and down the hall and in the pool area when it was supposed to be adult hours (10-12pm).

We had a very tough time this weekend controlling our environment. We failed and for that we apologize. We have discussed things we need to do in the future to better handle large groups and gaining control in these situations. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you give us another oppurtunity in the future.
Outstanding. The staff is terrific and helpful and accommodating and they have made a rough week much easier. The rooms have anything you might need and make it very easy to relax and reset. I also really like the breakfast. Y'all rock.

We came in for our 50th high school class reunion. Several classmates stayed at the Grand Stay. We had our Friday night reception there and the staff was amazing. Jeremy was the best. He helped set up the party room and always had a smile. The rooms were very nice. The hotel as a whole was excellent. I would recommend it to anyone traveling in that area. Thank you again.
Best value around. Love it. Clean. Friendly. Great breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub. Great location.
