I have stayed here several times. This time my room has no water to flush the toilet - the tank was empty, and the chain in the tank was still attached. No idea why this was so. Tried calling the front desk in the room phone, but there was no dial tone. I used my personal phone to notify the front desk staff. I was told they would give me a new room. The Staff there was absolutely AMAZING! They went above and beyond to help make our stay the best. this had to be the best experience I've ever encountered with hotel staff. they were friendly helpful and smart! rooms were clean and nice; pool area was clean, and pool was warm and kept my kiddo busy.
The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Everyone from check in to check out was friendly and professional. There was an issue with my rate and it was resolved efficiently and with a smile. The breakfast is very nice, with lots of choices and a clean and comfortable breakfast area. The coffee that's available all the time is excellent quality and was always hot. Beyond recommend this hotel. I decided to have a small wedding and Rachel (one of the workers) and Jess (one if the managers) knew exactly how to help! They kindly let us use the event room, ensured our guests had everything they needed, made sure our room was ready to go. Gave us an extended check out time. In addition, they valued our presence and made us feel welcomed.
Very friendly staff! Ample space in the two-room suite. Comfy bed. Breakfast was ok, and happy it was included in the price. We enjoyed the hot tub. I will stay here again the next time I’m in the area!
