Very nice place to stay if in the Shattuck area, not much else here here. quality of the rooms and pool are very good for the price. Doors slam close though, and staffing wasn't very warming and I thought they were normal guests due to wearing normal attire. They weren't identified as staff. Cleaning service was very warming and has great appreciation to help and assist.
Room was fine but dated. Huge stain in our carpet. Had a kitchenette but no silverware. Cleanliness was a 3 out of 5. Food service was a huge disappointment. Almost everything was out by 8am and young man at front desk just shrugged his shoulders and didn’t seem to care. Coffee was out, all hot foods were out, there was cereal but no milk, even silverware was out. Many disappointed guests.
We were happy to get a reasonably priced 2 room suite. We were a bit disappointed in the breakfast. No cereal or milk. Coffee was surprisingly good though. Got a great restaurant recommendation from the front desk.
Excellent place to stay. The outdoor playground was nice for having the kids run out some energy and the splash pad at the pool was a hit with them! The morning breakfast was better than most hotels and the rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks for an excellent experience.
When asking if there was a child for extra bed we assumed that meant there would be a cot for our child as we were there for his 8th birthday but when we arrived we came to find out they only had pack n plays. The pool temperature was rather cold and the beds are solid as a rock
