5 stars – Exceptional Service at GrandStay Hotel Faribault! I had an amazing stay at the GrandStay Hotel in Faribault, and a big part of that is thanks to Julia at the front desk. She is, hands down, the best hotel clerk I’ve ever encountered. Julia is kind, attentive, and truly cares about the guests. We stayed there last week, and it was nice. The room was clean; there was a living room, kitchen area with a small stovetop, bedroom with a door, and a bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and the free breakfast was nice. They had a make-your-own waffle station; pastries, cereal, juice, coffee, water, oatmeal, and fruit were also available. The stay was pleasant, and I would stay there again. There is a pool but I didn't go swimming because I didn't have my swim.suite with.
Our room was very clean and the staff was friendly. Sunday breakfast was very busy and they were able to keep all of the food stocked. Enjoyed our stay very much! I gave the location a 4 only because there wasn't much within walking distance but really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if in the area.
I booked this hotel for the out of town guests for my daughter's wedding. They were excellent, every time we had to communicate change of plans. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in the area. Thank you for making everything seamless during our stay.
It was off the beaten path. We came to do the Owatanna Steele County Free Fair. We loved having a full size fridge, separate rooms for the living area and bedroom. It was quiet and comfortable.
