Hotel needs updating badly. Pool has a 13 person maximum. Which tells you how small it really is. Beds were uncomfortable and needed replacing. Front desk person was not inviting or personable, she acted if she didn’t want to be there. Location was the only thing that was positive. I would not recommend staying here.
I traveled with my service dog. Immediately I was given issues. The manager wanted me in a pet room. I advised that by law, they cannot do that as it interferes with her tasking. The manager continued to call my dog an ESA, which she is not. She said she needed to do what was best for other patrons. This is highly offensive and against all ADA guidelines and I could report this to the Attorney General’s office. This argument went back and forth for about 15 mins until an agreement was made. I was hoping the reviews were wrong, but this was not the case. I only picked this hotel because at the time of booking, this was the cheapest option, (minus like a motel 6, wanted something a step above) The front desk clerk upon arrival was smoking right outside the main entrance. However, she was friendly. Upon entering the room, and inspecting the window sills were dusty, and windows had fingerprint smudges, possibly from a small child.
