These guys are rip-off artists. A friend ordered the morning of 9/25 a signed Jose Fernandez pic for his son's birthday ($95) and the website said it was in stock. Still hasn't received it and when he called he was told it was out of stock. He then went to the website and lo and behold, it is in stock only now it is $449!! Not only are they taking advantage of somebody's tragic death, but they are refusing to honor a previous sale.

Got back from a Grandstand Sports trip to Napa and they did an excellent job with accommodations, transportation and tickets. The Silver Oak festival exceeded our expectations and the welcome cocktail party was excellent (we cancelled our dinner plans after seeing the great choices available.) They even went the extra mile to secure the right types of hotel rooms.

I ordered a New Orleans Saints Will Smith 8x10 autographed picture on 4/14/2016 and also received a confirmation from them so I called today to get a tracking number from them and they sent me a email saying they are sold out and they are sorry about it but did not bill me. I bought the picture for 69.99 dollars so I went on their website and they have the same picture up for sale for 499.99 dollars sold out my foot !!! Very bad business !! Reporting to the Better business Bureau of New York tomorrow !!

This place is very unprofessional. I ordered something off the website and was told my order was placed. Then two weeks later I email them to find out where my product is. The guy asked me for my security code to my card but was emailing me from an iPhone. Go to any other place. This felt like a fake business to me.

These guys are frauds. DONT BUY from them. If you have already bought from them get your things appraised. I recieved fake merchandise from them and the CEO Howard "Howie" Schwartz was very deffensive and un willing to refund my money. BUYER BEWARE. Typical NY Shysters...Research Howard SChwartz...He has been brought up on selling fake things in the past. Go elsewhere. you will be much happier with REAL items.

Have known them for over a year. Always professional, their for you at a moments notice, inventory mixed & amazing. Love our mutual loyalty as well as they don't require handholding! I get asked at the last minute at times to hv my charity involved with other big events... Or I put in my own... GrandStand has proven time and time again loyalty & professionalism. ❤️ them %‼️
