I don’t always write reviews of places, but I feel when a company goes above what is expected, they should be recognized. Seth, one of the employees did a great job handling my two transactions, one of them a return that was my fault. Everything was handled quickly, and in the right way. Thank you, and you gained a customer in the future as well.

They don't abide by Unsubscribe policy printed at the bottom of each email. I've been trying to get rid of them for months, followed the Unsubscribe procedure at least 8 times and yet the junk emails keep coming. Wish I never came across them at a charity event. Should have just donated directly to the charity. No wonder they have such a poor rating and poor reputation.

I attended a boxing event, and Grandstand was doing a silent auction there. Their memorabilia was unbelievable and their service was top notch. I got to meet Evander Holyfield! I would definitely use their services.

I never post poor reviews, however this place is unbelievable. Total scam artists! Charged me $828/night for a room in Nashville and had me pay in full. When I checked out of the hotel 4 days later they NEVER paid the bill so I had to pay (again) at check out. Good thing because the bill showed that the room was $399/night not $828! Not easy getting them to reply after they found out! Good thing for American Express.

Have placed orders with them on two separate occasions. The first time they stated it was out of stock even though the website stated it was in stock. Shortly after they changed it. This past time, I ordered something the 23rd of May. I emailed them on June 1 asking if they had a tracking number. I got a response saying my credit card hasn't been charged and the ball is not in stock. I have gone to their site (because that is the next thing they state that google pulls up previous websites) and they still have it in stock. C... read more
