Transitioned from functional gym to Crossfit 2 years ago and haven't looked back. Members are super friendly and the scheduling is fantastic 💪🏼
Unreal this place, such challenging but tailored workouts. I joined and disliked the CrossFit cult stigma, talk about a turnaround. Can’t consider any other workout or box now!
Day to day at the gym was good, but that’s not why I am leaving this review. Grandstand failed in their duty of care to me as someone who was new to CrossFit. I badly dislocated my shoulder in 2022 at the gym doing an exercise I should never have been asked to do, I have had a surgery and done constant rehab, however my fitness and life have been irreparably changed. We visited grandstand 3 or 4 times whilst in Perth for a week! Matt is an outstanding coach with unparalleled enthusiasm and great programming- it also has the best playlist going out of all gyms I’ve gone to
Did two sessions here while on a trip to the city. Awesome coaches both Matt and Alissa were very good. Great bunch of crew to train with, everyone made me feel welcomed. Would highly recommend dropping in here if you’re in the city. I’ll be back next time I’m up.
