Believe me, I am pretty hard to please, but I have ZERO complaints. These guys are the real deal. I've used them for a couple different jobs around the house. It's a really old house and they handle the repairs like no problem. They make good recommendations and don't recommend work just because they want money. They only recommend work if they think it's a good idea for your house. Great service! Billy was our tech. He showed up on time and their pricing was the most fair of the 3 places I called. He installed a pressure reducing valve for us on our main water line. We couldn’t be happier with the service. Thanks Billy!!
Five stars all the way! Ryan showed up for us at the end of the day on a Friday afternoon. Was an emergency call. Sewage was backing up, and we were not sure if it was a clog or septic tank full. He diagnosed the problem and helped us relieve the pressure off the tank. He only charged us 60 dollars for the last-minute call out. I felt he was very trustworthy and down to earth. These guys were our 5th estimate on replacing the water heater. Long story short, they changed the water heater an hour before they were scheduled to finish. The post (VFW 4550) couldn't have asked for a better replacement or company. 10/10 will use this company again. Fair price, great finish.
