When contemplating replacing a flagstone retaining wall, I decided to contact Grandscapes and certainly this was the best decision I made in the process. While the initial job in 2015 was well executed by Grandscapes of Pittsburgh, continued customer service orientation is absent. I contacted the company owner a month and a half ago about these crumbling blocks and still there is no plan in place to replace them or to rebuild this retaining wall. The company has responded to my multiple emails, phone calls and photographs sent with a one sentence email and a phone call where he said he takes problems like this on a case by case basis, but did not suggest any solution or plan ... read more

Josh and his crew were very professional and attentive to detail They started on the day we agreed on and completed the job on time despite some stormy weather delays. I would use them again.
