I just love the people at Pacific Premier Bank. They all learn your name, they are always friendly and professional. Popcorn on Friday's & 1 butterscotch candy per day.
This is a GREAT bank. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I very much enjoy coming to do business here.
Can someone PLEASE tell someone to stock the stupid deposit envelopes???? I get off work usually after 5 on Fridays, so I get up early Saturdays to avoid the bustle of State Street, and the last few weekends the envelopes have not been full. Today, there were NONE. NONE. So I wasted my time getting up early, only to have to turn around and go home. I don't want to drive to Del Rosa at 7 am. And the mobile app is ridiculous. Doesn't work. Waste of space on my phone. It's not like they have a lot of work to do. Every time I go... read more

Horrible loyalty to long time customers. I was looking forward to Pacific Premier Bank's acquisition of Heritage Oaks bank. Until i was notified that all 3 of my accounts were going to have a large increase in the minimum balance amount. In one case,it went from 25 dollars to 500 dollars. Needless to say,i closed all three of my accounts and have since moved to Rabobank.
