Grandon Village 55+ Apartments San Marcos, CA I have lived here 6 months now and can report that the community is well maintained and managed and that our safety and satisfaction is a priority. The tenants I have met are just plain wonderful and feel the same way I do about our apartment community. I love most how blissfully quiet and peaceful it is here and my 1bdrm apartment is my little haven that I always look forward to coming home to! Christine G.

A place to call home I love it here,could not ask for a better place to call home. There are always places to call home but if your looking for a clean,safe,and happy environment then Grandon is for you.

Grandon Village Sr Apts 92078 The apts are not for seniors of any age. From newborns, small children, and teenager's, there is no safety, no quiet! The sheriff department are here almost everyday, sometimes two and three times for domestic violence issues with the teens, vandalizm. The deal you are offered to move-in will not be worth it if you want any enjoyment. The new management makes up their own rules as they go along. Make your life a little easier at this point in it, and look elsewhere, please!
