Have lived here for 9+yrs and love it very much. Gated garages, locked lobby, dual pane windows, wonderful A/C that operates using solar power so it's not so costly and we have a very wonderful management team that takes care of our every need!
Love living here for the past Seven years. A warm inviting place that is well maintained and clean. Grandon is a great place to call home. Daily activities and close to shopping,banking,bus lines,etc. If your looking for a great place to live look no further..go on in and tAlk to our wonderful manager and make Grandon your home.
Grandon Village 55+ Apartments San Marcos, CA I have lived here 6 months now and can report that the community is well maintained and managed and that our safety and satisfaction is a priority. The tenants I have met are just plain wonderful and feel the same way I do about our apartment community. I love most how blissfully quiet and peaceful it is here and my 1bdrm apartment is my little haven that I always look forward to coming home to! Christine G.

Our new management is striving to make it one of the best and safest properties to live at. I love all the activity that are new activity director has to offer such as: Bingo, Movies, holiday parties, knitting scarfs for the homeless and so on. our neighbors are like family and try to help each other and sometimes pray together...... read more
