I don't usually write reviews, but I had such a good experience with Grandmark that I wanted to share. Bill was the service tech who came out, and he was awesome. He showed up on time, was friendly, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. He took his time to make sure everything was working properly and never made me feel rushed or pressured. It's hard to find people who genuinely care about doing a good job, and Bill definitely does.
