Horrible experience, Kristy your customer service is horrible you really need to learn how to talk to people, connie is a joke and has 0 information, these people are scam artists they showed me a house told me the rent made me pay 80 to have background checks ran then as soon as everything was good they jacked up the price of the rent. If you see grandmark reality i recommend saving yourself the headache or possible rudeness of the owner and just find someone else.

Very bad experience with Grand Mark Realty from the moment we moved in. First, we had an issue with water damage after we had already moved in (which should have been addressed and fixed BEFORE we moved in) and had contractors in our home for a week. Then, our lease was auto-renewed without our knowing. If I could give this comapny 0 stars I would. I would strongly advise against choosing Grand Mark Realty for several reasons. The primary issue lies with the owner's poor customer service skills, lack of integrity, and apparent disregard for the best interests of both tenants and landlords. In my personal experience, the situation deteriorated to the point where I had to engage legal representation to mediate discussions with Kristi, the owner.
