Overall great experince.. all the staff from sales to installers were very professional and friendly.. very quick and efficient. Had an HVAC installed and they kept me informed every step of the way.. Thanks Grandmark!

Vivian was great at explaining everything from start to finish. I got financed through PACE and it was very easy to understand. This company made sure my roof was done in less than a week. Not only did they communicate with me every day to keep me updated , they made sure my roof was water tight during the rain. My roof looks amazing!

Adrian Quiroz fixed our patio roof leakage recently. He inspected the problem and fixed it in few hours. Before him, I had 3 other roofing contractors but they were not able to figure out. They told us to remove the solar panels before they can inspect. Adrian was smart enough to inspect and fix the problem same day. I recommend requesting him for all your roofing needs. He is a smart and hardworking young guy. Thank you-Jess

AdrianQuiroz was here to check cause of leak of new roof over family room. Very polite person. He explained the cause of leak did the repairs. Before leaving he cleaned work area up. Very satisfied with job. Thank.

This company has the BEST customer service. I had a leak in my roof they got someone out next day and let me know that when my Air Conditioner was installed it wasn’t sealed. They took pictures for me and showed me why it was leaking. The representative they sent (Vivian) was fantastic! She went over all of my different options and made me feel at ease. My roof was at least 25 years old and needed to be replaced. She did everything to go over different options with me and made sure to take the time to explain everything. I f... read more
