THIS PLACE WILL PENNY NICKLE AND DIME YOU TILL THE VERY LAST MINUTE they do not care about their tenants or their private property! If you got money to blow, go for it great place for a year maybe but god this place is really aiming for the wallets.
I absolutely LOVE GrandMarc! I’ve been living here for a couple of years now and never want to leave. I moved in here the summer starting my second year of college, worked here for two years while in college, & have lived here now post grad for two+ years.
