I would give 0 stars if allowed. This is the worst HOA Management company I have dealt with ! They have irresponsibly mis-managed our HOA at Yosemite Lakes Park in Coarsegold, Ca for the last 2 yeras. They do NOTHING to improve the community, our staff went from over a 100 to 51. Dishonest!! HOA. They took over ours about 2 years ago a 35 year old community and have complete disregard for precedent and over 30 years of historical data is ignored as they do not have it and they have placed every violation known to mankind on every house. GRAN MANORS IS WORST HOA MGMT COMPANY EVER!! THEY SEND RESIDENTS TO LAW FIRM LIKE NO OTHER COMPANY. THEY COMPLETELY MISMANAGED STEINER RANCH AND WE FINALLY FIRED THEM. UNBELIEVABLE WAS HAS TURNED UP. STAY AWAY FROM THEM - THEY ARE HORRIFIC!
