Just cooked our first burgers from the 1/2 cow we picked up and I was ecstatic over the meat to fat ratio which was mixed by Grandma Katie's Custom Butcher. It was perfect! This business is not only great with their meat cutting, wrapping the meat, and distribution, they are so friendly and personable! Don't bother.......COMPLETE and UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONIONAL.There's no way,we received our beef.Therevwere several cuts missing and bits of bone in the hamburger.I don't know where iur beef ended up BUT it DARN SURE DID NOT END up in our freezer.The post butchering communucation concerning issues were met with rudeness and contempt. Don't waste your time and effort and for SURE don't WASTE your MEAT.Take the extra time and effort to find someone else.

I had 2 steers same weight processed at the same time one here and another at a different butcher. I gave these guys a try because they are close to me. But ultimately there is no way I got my cow back. The steaks are half the size of the other cow processed. Also received almost half the amount of meat back. I didn’t want to write a review but every time I look at the meat processed from here I get extremely aggravated because it is clear to me I didn’t get my cow back.
