I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating. I paid a lot of money expecting quality work, and instead I walked out with nails that looked nothing like what I asked for. The shape was wrong, the overall work looked rushed, and the quality was honestly unacceptable. To make matters worse, the prices were extremely high for the poor service I received.
