I love this place! Great service, super friendly team, so many colors and options, clean and never a wait
This is my second time with Rachel. She does her work very badly as if she has to catch some flight all the time and because of that she did cut my finger. Least interested in knowing what customer wants and does it the way she thinks is quicker. He is very rude too. got nails done here around a month ago. wanted to remove them for a new set and they refused to get off. my new nail tech took an hour and 30 minutes trying to remove them with multiple rounds of soak offs. when we finally got them off, my nails were so thin and we found a greeny (bacterial infection) on my pinky nail. it's not a suprise these types of nail salons re-use utensils and nail files on multiple people's toes and hands. it's disgusting and that's why i got an infection. not to mention, this shit is too overpriced ... read more
It’s a nice salon, they are friendly but Make an appointment or be ready for a Long wait. not enough nail techs They work on several at a time. I thought it was overpriced as well.
Came here to get my nails done with my sister and did not have a good time. For context, it was Tuesday December 23rd at 5:30pm. I expected it to be busy and to wait for my nails to get started, but my sister had gotten there before me and they immediately started on her nails. I walked in and sat next to her so I could talk to her and an employee (I’m assuming the owner of the nail salon) started pulling out nails to glue on my finger, before I even had a chance to look at any colors.
