If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been coming here since they first opened and to say the least, this place has plummeted. I hate to leave a bad review because Tony (the owner) did an amazing job when he was here, but since he left it under someone else’s supervision - the customer service has gone terrible, the technicians have gotten lazy, and the management has been poor. The business has really gone downhill over the past year, mostly due to constant turnover with their technicians. Their two best ones, Phu and Kai, suddenly "moved," which was a big loss. We stopped by yesterday for our usual pedicures, but it’ll likely be our last visit. The manager was rushing the technicians, which led to my polish needing to be redone—and the second attempt looked even worse. All they pushed is gel because setting time is faster.
