Love it.....is amazing...bellman team awesome friendly, knowledgeable, theme hotel is great, location is perfect, house keepers work good, front desk polite.... fanaticos numero uno de tribeca grand hotel....
I was there with my family for one week.The hotel was beautiful and the Host friendly.
Beware of the horrible and unprofessional management. Last night they refused to let people with valid ID's in, who paid for the show already, and were nothing but respectful. The bouncers were on a power trip laughing at the people they denied. My friend was one of those they refused to let in. I complained to management and told me to leave for doing so. This over priced, run down hotel should be ashamed for such false advertising. Crappy rooms, crappy bathroom, put on the 2nd floor so had to listen to full blown jazz band 2 levels down until 11pm. Front desk barely squeezed a smile and the price of this place is CRAZY for what it is. Thank god I'm only here for two nights! Don't bother!
don't really ever do this, but after my experience this afternoon I feel obliged to let other patrons how thoroughly disappointed we were with the service this afternoon at Tribecca Grand Lounge Bar at 4pm today... it was almost empty when we arrived... had to ask twice for water (took 25 mins)... then our drinks took over 45 mins to arrive... even after asking the uninterested staff several times what was causing the delay... with no reason ever given... iconic building, great location, decent cocktails... but not worth the... read more
Beautiful and cozy place, nice employees. The jazz nights are really enjoyable. If I come back to Ny, it will be on tribeca grand!
The service was exceptional and the hotel is stunning! I loved the entertainment: live jazz and then a DJ! I was amazed by the Valet service, they remembered the make of our car and were constantly offering their help. The doormen were extremely kind and welcoming with perpetual smiles! I can't wait to visit this hotel again.
Absolutely my favorite place to stay in NYC! The staff is extremely helpful,welcoming and accommodating!
