Placed a significant web order with Grandiosity (Warweb). They didn't fulfill the entire order (3 minis packs incomplete). Now they won't return my emails, won't answer their phone, and are ignoring me. So, they're making me eat 30 bucks worth of my hard-earned money. Jeez I would have appreciated at least a return email.
Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Local players are very welcoming to out-of-towners such as myself who are only there to visit for short times. Good prices on product and carries one of the widest varieties of product I've seen outside a GW store. Never a bad trip or experience there.
