Have lived in Grandin Village Phase 2 for over 19 years, its a beautiful place with wonderful flowers, great tiny parks for dogs and families and sunsets absolutely stunning, when the rain maker rodeo is in riel ull hear the music loudly outside but otherwise apart from the train derailing and causing a momentary house shake at 4am, as for neighbours 99.5% are wonderful and soo respectful with the odd few not respecting privacy, watching through windows or touching your lawn and yards pots and plants without permission due t... read more
They obviously don't care. 181 Grandin Village has garbage and moldy mattress and boxspring in front of the garage. The backyard is completely covered in dog shit and the deck is strewn with dirty clothes and bedding. The health department condemned the townhouse for mold and disrepair. Tried calling the number but is out of service
