DO NOT LIVE HERE. I live at San Carlos in O’Bryonville and the place is infested with cockroaches. Have been dealing with the issue for weeks and weeks and while they finally got someone in to treat (after lying to me that the person came the first time) the issue still has not resolved and I continue to see them. I moved in and there were 2 small dressers in office and I thought they were owned by complex. I move out and leave them there thinking they belong to property and they take $250 off my deposit to remove them even though they weren’t mine to begin with. Never got that money back.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Grandin does not take care of their buildings or tenants. My apartment filled with mold due to their lack of care of the building, their steps were broken long term with loose boards, and I could go on. I asked to speak to the manager or owner multiple times when I was battling the mold issue and was always told she was conveniently out of the office each time, even if I called when I was told she’d be there. Don't waste your time looking at the available apartment at the San Carlos. It is a basement apartment which looks NOTHING like the pictures online. The best word to describe it would be dungeon.
