Our daughter owns a condo here. 5 years ago, fees were 275 now over 450. A beautiful secure condo with many seniors living in the building. She has been the youngest owner from the onset.
I had such a great experience living here in the Tache building. Francisco is fantastic and friendly. He goes above and beyond for everyone and makes sure you have any and all questions answered. It’s a nice, quiet, well-kept apartment complex. Anyone would be extremely happy living here.
