I like this place. They have much more stuff than Shoppers Drug Mart, and their online shopping experience is very good.

I came today to fill my prescription, at first they said I had $821.00 deductible, then I told them I don’t pay for my prescriptions. Then Ada Guardaata told she made a mistake, I don’t have a deductible but you can only get two pairs of support stockings but you have to put a credit card on file until your insurance pay, because some one else came in and fill a prescription but the next time they went somewhere else so they didn’t get paid.. I picked up a Nebulizer from this company today. My experience with them was much different than others. They were very nice and polite each time I spoke to them on the phone, same when I picked it up. And they had so many other things like had sanitizer, N95 masks and more! I highly recommend Grandiff Medical Supply, and Im bummed they are moving to Silver Spring.

I felt that the staff was rude And impatient. They do have a few wheelchairs but we left because we seem to be putting the staff out with our questions and requests.

If Grandiff has what you want, then good. But I wanted a shower chair (not too wide, aluminum legs, back and hand rests) and this store had a floor model that fit the bill, one of a half dozen various floor models - however, only one model was in stock, something all plastic and too wide and without handgrips -- the man at the counter was surprised that I wouldn't just buy the one model they had on the shelf, and then seemed disappointed not to make the sale, or that people would be so discriminating in their selection.
