I can’t say enough good things about our stay at the Grand Vue. It’s a beautiful building with sweet outdoor spaces in a cute residential neighborhood. It is quiet and tranquil while also being within walking distance of restaurants and cafes. Downtown is a slightly longer but still very manageable stroll. Our room was lovely: sizable and comfortable with a gorgeous view. It was tough to tear ourselves away! Breakfast is light but tasty. But what really makes Grand Vue exceptional is the service. Beautiful and comfortable hotel, fantastic location. Highly recommended if you are staying in Hobart. Bed was so comfortable and our room was upgraded at the last minute, which was so kind of the owners. The home made treats in the kitchen is a beautiful touch. The views are incredible. Other reviews any lower than 5 stars are just people who are extremely hard to please. Highly recommend this hotel.
